Bridge Plug Description of Downhole Drilling Tools:
Drillable Composite Bridge Plug mainly consists of dissolvable ball, mandrel, rubber, composite slip, cone, bowl, release/set pin, lower sub.
The setting tool has a relative force, and works on the lower sub, in the influence of the force, the set pin will be cut off. And the rubber is compressed by the cone, tension within limits, the slip will bite the casing, then the bridge plug will be set.
The value of tension continuous increase, release pin will be cut off; setting tool is separated from the bridge plug.
Pull out the setting tool, put into dissolvable ball. After the operation, the dissolvable ball will be dissolved. The bridge plug can be quickly drilled according to the measures, production needs.
